I love the Tiara ruby red, also.  BUT in it's small size.  The only problem is MARKS on face in the morning. But it does keep my chin positioned so that my tongue stays forward and then my mouth does not open.

Glad it works for you, Kay. I have both the small and the regular straps. I also bought a Swft FX on Russ's recommendation. But the regular strap is too big for me at the chin and under the nose; the top strap is the right lenght for me but it…

Marcia, I had been using a full-face mask unsuccessfully for about four months. Every other mask I had ever used (I've been on CPAP 12 years) either leaked, slid out of place (I'm a side sleeper), gave me a face rash -- you name the…

Rita, The chin strap may or may not keep your mouth shut depending upon its design and the shape of your face and head. I tried at least 10 chin straps, none of which worked. I bought the Ultimate Chin Strap, and I've had great success with it…

Rita, I'm only 5 months in, and still go thru the sleep dilemma every night...that's why I reach out to this support group. My friends liken the CPAP to wearing a mouth retainer, no clue... I agree with Terry, the hose hanger really helped…

Rita, Do you have the hose coming from above your head either on a stand or from your bedhead? It helps with the gravity and saves you getting tangled.

Thanks Kay and K.C. for your replies.  I used the Swift pillows headgear last night but it drove me crazy.  It's the air hissing out of the air vent that kept waking me up.  I know I'm new to using the masks and pillows…

I found the nasal pillows to work really well for me. Still, I sometimes go back to my nasal mask. There are things I like about it. I just got a DreamWeaver cloth mask. I'll report after I've used it for a week or so since it might be an…
