I love the Tiara ruby red, also. BUT in it's small size. The only problem is MARKS on face in the morning. But it does keep my chin positioned so that my tongue stays forward and then my mouth does not open.

Rita, Do you have the hose coming from above your head either on a stand or from your bedhead? It helps with the gravity and saves you getting tangled.
