Yes, I do sleep on my side, either one. Have never been able to sleep on my back, so wonder why they insist these days that babies must. My kids were raised on their stomachs.

I keep getting different information on atrial fib. Keep hearing it's common, but despite all the heart attack symptoms we're warned about, I had never heard mention of atrial fibrillation until I had one. And then I got no information about it. Of course, I thought I was having a heart attack. Now I've learned a lot and willing to share, but there is so much conflicting opinion.

Hi i've join to try to find some information about using cpap which has stopped apnea's but i still feel extremly tired all of the time i have been taking tramadol and then changed to oxycontine for the last 4yrs which i think the problem is but my pain specialist keeps telling me its not the pain meds which i take for disc degenaration i have ask my gp for some medication to help with the tiredness he told me only the sleep clinic Doctor can perscribe medication for that but I'm having a nightmare trying to get an appointment to c him i was seeing him next week but they moved my appointment to march this has happened 4 times now any advice would be nice
