In informal conversation, what is the most common pronunciation of UARS?

I have heard "you - ares" and "warz" (rhymes with "cars").

Saying "U-A-R-S" gets tiring. ;)

I just say U A R S. I don't find it that difficult. I guess it is all in what you get used to. I first saw it as Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome so U A R S seemed so much simpler .....
envelope - ahnvelope. It can go either way. I use U A R S.

Ever since the scoring rules changed to incorporate RERAs into the RDI, many of the non-apnea, non-hypopnea events are being counted, but not all. As a consequence, more people with UARS can be treated since their RDI meets the minimum criteria for obstructive sleep apnea.
The way i prononce it is this
U RS

U as in U and ares or RS as in ARS

two sylable

URS
