I do that to move a Discussion back up to the top if it's something a # of people may want to see, i.e., Mike's baby announcement and/or the "beds" info--no one but Mike, (I think) can actually move stuff around, so since he's otherwise occupied here for a bit, I just do it this way to be sure people have a chance to see it before it scrolls off the screen.
It's just my dorky way of moving the Discussion line up!!! Nothing profound, I assure you!!!
