I'm just wondering what numbers are realistic to attain? I've been getting AI fairly low, most nights <1. The HI is higher, though, with numbers typically in the 4.5-7.0 range.
Does CPAP help HI?
I've been practicing relaxation breathing for years, and I'm able to slow it down a lot when resting. Could that be why HI is high? (High HI!)
I'm going to call the DME today. I haven't heard from anyone (doctor, sleep clinic, DME) since I started CPAP about 2 weeks ago. I don't recall if anyone said they'd follow up...
