I've never slept w/my head under the covers. I can't remember ever being able to breathe comfortably w/my face covered. I've always had to have my nose out in the colder air for comfortable breathing. But I sure do like having the blankets right up snug around my neck w/just my head sticking out. I like being warm and snuggly. I even have to wear socks to bed as I can NOT sleep if my feet are cold.
I don't have to wear socks, nor do I sleep with my whole head under the covers. BUT.....I love my blankies!!!!!

McCord :-)
You know what I used to love was an electric blanket! I grew up, at least my teen years, with an electric blanket. But then I got married. Hubby likes LOTS of blankets or quilts. I didn't like the extra weight at first. But after some 40+ years I've adjusted. I just make sure to buy light weight quilts and comforters.
i had a tramtic experience as a child and can't stand to have my face covered. i also can't sleep with socks or my feet covered.
Well, Rock Hinkle, you know the old saying "cold feet, warm heart, hot lips".

Oh, that was "cold hands", wasn't it? Ah well.
