Do you have Mild Sleep Apnea, Moderate Sleep Apnea or Severe Sleep Apnea?
Mild Sleep Apnea = AHI between 5 and 15
Moderate Sleep Apnea = AHI between 15 and 30
Severe Sleep Apnea = AHI > 30

Trying to get a sense of how we break down as a group here on the forum.

Moderate for me. I think my AHI was around 18 or 19.
Severe Sleep Apnea AHI of 40
29 events per hour, which I think puts me at the upper end of moderate.
Moderate
AHI 8 mild. only hypopneas
severe - 38
Severe 77
This is scary! Mine was 123. Definitely severe!
Mine is 32 episodes per hour which puts me in the severe I guess, although my sleep doc told me I was in the high moderate so I am confused now, maybe the scale changes from US to Canada???? Can anyone give me clarification on this???
I was classified as severe.
AHI > 81 for me.
Mild: AHI was 8.3. But very symptomatic.
