what is an appropiate question to ask this guy

or what avenue of approach are you taking
he's the lobbyist for Sleep Apnea patients in Washington. i'd imagine you'd ask him a policy related/ political question.

Here are some of the topics we're going to discuss:

What is the American Sleep Apnea Association and how it can help you
What is the ONE key question to ask your healthcare provider to get the proper diagnosis and treatment of your sleep apnea
What are the pros and cons of the new healthcare reforms affecting those with sleep apnea
What the government is doing to prevent sleepy pilots, truckers and bus drivers
How you can get involved to make a difference

Fudge! I am stuck on slow speed dial up so I don't "do" these things. I always hope for a text transcription of the interview or "chat".

I really would like to know what we as enlightened patients can do to lift this heavy yoke of secrecy regarding the data our xPAPs are capable of providing and the adjusting of our therapy settings. What we can do to ensure that new and current patients get the education, support and advice we SHOULD be getting. Why we can't be treated more like diabetics and taught to monitor and adjust our therapy under the guidance of a QUALIFIED medical professional. It is very wearing AND ANTAGONIZING to be treated as ignorant boobs who aren't capable of monitoring and adjusting our therapy based on our data w/guidance. I'm as capable and intelligent as a diabetic and I resent being treated otherwise.
