Having Problems with Air Filling Mask
posing this question on behalf of a member: "I have sleep apena.i use a cpap machine.1 minor problem is that when i have on my mask,it fills up with air and I try to catch my breath."

Okay, maybe I am missing something here. The mask should fill up with air -- if it doesn't then treatment wouldn't be effective. What is their pressure range? If it is very low, that might indicate that they need it raised. Many find that when apap's are set wide open -- say from 4 to 20 that they are unable to breath at the low pressure.
