I have an HC604, and keep getting an E32, which appears related to a chronic problem that I am expereiencing with the humidifier. The heating plate (humidifier) turns on with the unit, but shuts off during the night and displays an E32 on the display. Any suggestions?
The problem turns out to be an ambient air sensor, located deep inside the machine. Basically, I am screwed. Without the sensor the humidifier will not operate.

I have a Fisher and Paykel 608 and it keeps stopping after 30 to 40 mins with Error "E 1" and the side of it is quite warm. Since it is my first night I have stopped using it until I get a hold of the supplier to advise me on this, But does anyone know what that error might be?

yeah done all that... user manual does not have it , internet does not supply it and waiting for response from fph . They are going to replace the machine once the error is confirmed by a local tech.
