I have had my CPAP for about 10 months. No problem. About a month ago I received new mask and hose and filter. Since then I have had a terrible time with sinus. At night time I am fine. The minute I take the mask off and get up, my nose starts to run like a faucet. I went 3 nights without CPAP machine, nose cleared up, 1 night with machine it started all over again. I have cleaned everything and still no help.

Try a saline solution. Do not give up Loretta.
Are you using a humidifier?
it may be good policy to wash and disinfect new product before use
I wonder if letting them air out and "out gas" would help. Many times new plastic will set off allergic reactions. If you still have your old hose and mask I would go back to using them a few nights and let the new ones air. See if that helps.
