I have a CMS-60C with both the adult and pediatric probes, purchased from http://www.facelake.com/pulseoximeter.html. (You can buy both probes at once as part of a bundle.)
I'm not sure how it would stand up to constant use in a clinical setting, but it works great for family use.
For those with small fingers, this may be a better option as the CMS all-in-ones or adult probe may not register well.
SPO Medical is in Israel and the company has been around quite awhile w/several professional, i.e. medical environment, models available as well as the SPO 7500 which has been out about 4 years now.
The Contec CMS recording oximeters have only recently been FDA approved, maybe 2 years or even just one year, and are made in China.
I know that the CMS 50 D+ (plus) is a recording oximeter that comes w/its own software. And it uses 2 AAA size batteries which are only good for ABOUT 24 hours of use. And then there's the model that has the lithium battery mentioned elsewhere. There's been quite a bit of discussion of the various Contec CMS oximeters at cpaptalk.com I would think the best thing would be to talk to the Sellers and ask them questions about the various CMS models and what it is you are looking for in an oximeter.
