I find that the hose connected to my mask has been dislodging from the mask a lot these past few days. I kind of stumble around and connect them back in my sleep, but it's not helping my quality of sleep. Any ideas to help prevent this from happening?

I use a piece of paper tape to help me remain attached to nPAP hose. My grandaughter likes to pull it apart.
I anchor my 6' hose under my pillow so that the weight of the hose does not pull on my mask device while I sleep. First I adjust the swivel so that the hose goes up from my face & over my head. Then I make a small loop of the 6' hose & insert it under my pillow near the headboard, leaving enough slack so that I can toss & turn at my pleasure. It keeps weight off the mask, & keeps the hose away from me at night.
great suggestions, guys.
