Frequency of Seeing Sleep Doctor

I haven't been to my sleep doctor in a long time, and am wondering how often everyone else goes in for an appointment when there isn't a particular problem?

I see my sleep doctors 2-3 times a week. Every now and then I catch them in the office together for a little game of 20 questions.
