Its amazing what a good night sleep can do for you. I was on this kick of one step forward and two steps back, but this morning I woke up feeiling very refreshed. I was actually awake at 5:30 this morning because I had to get ready for a doctors appointment that I had first thing...I popped right out of bed as soon as the alarm clock went off. No pushing the snooze button for me :o)
I got up, showered and got ready. I didn't even have coffee this morning. That could explain the slight headache I have. I spent most of the day away from the house and off the couch where I would normally be sleeping on. When I did get home I had enough energy to clean out and re- arrange the drawers in the kitchen, and also organize the rest of my cabinets. All the stuff that I didn't have the energy to do pre- CPAP. I know that my Fiancee is glad that I started CPAP. Not just for my health, but for the snoring. There were several nights that he had to wear ear plugs I was that loud.
Oh, I almost forgot..I invested in one of those hose wrap things and it too was a good investment. I could sleep without having that cold plastic against my skin. I found it on E-bay through a campany called MARS. All together with shipping I paid a little over $13.00 for it. Not only does it make wearing the mask more comfortable, but it takes away that medical equipment look. I picked a color to match my bedding. They have other items on their online store. I think they had filters and they also have the wraps for the mask straps.
I didn't mean for this thread to turn into a "plug for this company, but hey...I'm a woman..you can't ever shut me up..lol
