Last spring I used my CPAP during a flight from Washington, DC to Los Angeles, and I didn't have a problem. I used an IntelliPAP CPAP, Battery Geek 2200 CPAP lithium ion battery, and DC cord for my CPAP. I use a Respironics M series bag which can hold my CPAP and battery while it is operating. I was lucky that the center seat was empty, so I put my bag on the middle seat. A flight attendant knew what it was and asked if I was using a battery; he didn't have a problem with it. The lady in the window seat told me that her husband uses a CPAP and she was fascinated that it could be used with a battery. We had a very nice conversation about CPAPs and sleep apnea.
