I'm getting over a bad cold. Used my CPAP machine toward the tail end of it and want to make sure the mask isn't covered in germs before i use it again. What can I do that's still safe and won't degrade the latex on the mask?

Good old fashion wash in some hot soapy water should do the trick. Some of the sites sell what they call Control III that is a disinfect wash for cpap masks. I have never used it as it is pricey and have always just used hot soapy water, even after I have been sick.
I use water mixed with a little bit of white vinegar
