What I got out of the link Patirck provided was that they were able to determine and prove that the phospholipids were still present in the mouth after six hours. The research still needs to be done to determine if their presence in the mouth and/or throat negates the need for xPAP.
Pardon my skepticism, but too often if something sounds too good to be true ..... *sigh*
