From today until Sunday 20th March, Philips Respironics are offering a whopping 20% off all CPAP Masks and replacement Tubing from their UK online store. www.respironicsonline.co.uk . The discount checkout code is available from www.facebook.com/philipsrespironicsuk so DON'T FORGET to check their Facebook page first!

This offer is in support of ...World Sleep Day on Friday, and is for UK residents only.

Very interesting and great to hear how you're taking control of your condition. We have to. One of my customers has just told me her sleep clinic told her not to use her CPAP for 2 nights to see if she needs another sleep study as she's lost a lot of weight. DISGUSTING! They should just give her one anyway.

take the kelp tablets on an empty stomach at least one hour before a meal
a good time to take it is when you get up to use the bathroom

you cannot take too many as they are water soluble
when you start to go the the toilet to sit down if you take to many just ease back a bit

That's a brilliant score. Do you put that down to the Kelp supplements?

Hi and I hope this UK Group will be successful. We need all the help we can get in the UK. My business is providing comfort accessories for sleep apnoea patients, and also giving free support to new users and advice to all. Good idea 99 in starting a UK Group on this wonderful US forum.
