Hi Anne,
I started WW in May. So far I've done really well on it, and have lost 27 pounds. I've been on cpap for 4 years now, and I gained over that time too. But now that I've started WW while on cpap I'm doing much better. I'd actually tried WW 2 or 3 times before cpap, but never was able to stick with it. I think being on cpap might be making it easier for me to put some energy towards thinking about what I was eating.
If you want to do the WW, you can do it online only for cheaper, but for me I know I need the face-to-face meetings to stay on track.
You can also pay weekly or monthly. I find it really easy to give up by saying it's too much $ to spend on myself, so I am doing the monthly pass. That way it comes out as part of the budget and I am not as tempted to skip a week because it's already paid for.
Swimming sounds like fun! Hope you can find a place to do it. I haven't worked exercise into my routine yet. But I hope to get there soon.
~Angela
