"It only takes 10 pounds of excessive weight to start apnea....and it also can happen if you are under-weight. being underweight can cause a flap in tissue giving the same OSA. Some people need to relearn bedside manner."

weight watchers

Hi everyone,I'm trying to decide on how to lose some of this weight I've gained since starting CPAP. I'm obese anyway, and for some reason I've gained since starting CPAP in April. I'm going to try to find a place to swim, since that's my favorite exercise. As for an eating plan, can someone give me an idea about Weight Watchers? Also, does anyone have a Zumba DVD? A friend out in Ohio says it's great.Anne in New HampshireSee More
