Mine is 32 episodes per hour which puts me in the severe I guess, although my sleep doc told me I was in the high moderate so I am confused now, maybe the scale changes from US to Canada???? Can anyone give me clarification on this???

Hi, Belinda. The medical standard is an AHI of 30 or above is considered severe. I don't think it differs from country to country.
