Jan I think you should just keep doing what you are doing. The progress that you are making is astounding. Your body is slowly unlearning bad habits. You slept bad for years. Going from an AHI of 73 with 5-6 wake ups, and bad sleep hygeine to where you are now has put your body into a little bit of a shock. Your subconscious mind is having trouble letting down it's guard. On top of that now you are sleeping with a mask strapped to your face. Give the adjustment a little more time. You are so close!

Yes-- I can see that. Rock you are very sweet. (and not a misanthrope by any stretch of the imagination)! Thanks for the encouragement. I think I'm having a difficult day-- tired, grouchy, teary, yucky...and all the extra encouragement and support I am getting on here is really helpful.

Now that your sleep is better you are gonna have bad days. Just like you had good days when your sleep was bad. Baby steps the small things have to be your rewards until you get to 100% compliance. It will come.
