A lot of times when I pour water into my System One Humidifier chamber, i spill/ leak.  It's an awfully odd design, and I wonder whether that's part of the problem.  Probably just me.  Wondering whether other people are experiencing this problem.

Mike, I also have had the same problem. I am not sure exactly what I am doing wrong. It does it one time and not the next. I try to pure very slowly still sometimes I have leakage.
would a funnel help?
It's because the water can easily go out of the air inlet tube. It happened to me the first time I filled it. Now I remove the cover to fill and have had no problems.
Yea guys, simply remove the cover and there are no issues. And once the cover is back on, there are no spills. Even if you pull the whole unit off the table in your sleep.
You mean take it apart to fill it?

That's what I mean, Put you finger in the hole. Pust the clip..it pops open. To close put the cover over the two posts and close. Pictures in instruction manual. Two seconds once you see how is is done. Easy to fill from any container. No trying to hit the hole.
Yep! What Randal said ;-)
Got it. I'll do it that way from now on. Thanks, guys.

I learn so much myself on this forum. The solution you guys gave me has worked like a charm. No more messes with spilled water. It makes a real difference not having that stress to deal with before turning in each night.
