do u have a humidifier with it u may have 2 turn it up . i had the same thing i turn mine up too 3 it help some
i agree with Rob, turn up the humidification. i found this link which has common problems with CPAP and solutions which might help you.
Like rob said a heated humidifier I also have set mine to a 3. Also I have been using some of the products from Pure Sleep http://www.pur-sleep.com/
They have this essential oil that I use with one of their Passive Diffuser base that I put right next to the air filter input of my Bipap ST machine and it help me clear up my nose. I would highly recommend them. They have other CPAP stuff they also, like the CozyHoze Case and Pad Bundle which is a high grade flannel covering for your hose and it also adds 2 pads that you can put around your straps on your face mask. The oil is called: Calm. This blend of mild Australian eucalyptus essential oil, pure French lavender, and rosemary is extremely pleasant and relaxing. This blend has no camphor and is similar to but not as harsh as traditional cold remedy aromatics.
Try turning your humidifier DOWN. Yes, that is right down. I find if I have the humdifier set too high (anything past 1) I get major congestion. I have found during the winter to just use the humidifer in passover mode and no problems. In the summer I remove the humidifer altogether.
