Hi Jackie! the best way to get good suggestions is to "Add a Discussion" to the forum

One thing off the top of my head would be to try a saline rinse before going to bed, like NeilMed's nasal rinse. But definitely post a question to the forum and see what folks wiser than I am have to say!

I have had trouble lately wearing my mask. After 3 to 4 hours I wake up gasping because my head has stopped up and I am unable to breathe through my nose.I have no known allergies. Can't figure out why this is happening. In the morning after being for about 20 min. my head is clear.Any suggestions?
