Chris, I have just started using Xlear pump spray for about 4-5 days now, it has xylitol. I am using it for both dry nose and congestion and my nose and breathing seems better. I like that it has no chemical preservatives in it. Some of the others have benzalkonium chloride, like the Ayr brand.
Hopefully some other forum members will have used it for sinus and can give you more info. And basically it doesn't cost a fortune, so why not just try it. I bought it at a Whole Foods cost about $15.

Thanks Mary !
I did get the Ayr Saline Nasal Gel for my sore nose, it says it's approved for CPAP users, I hope it helps.
Happy New Year,
