I guess it would depend on why you snore. If snoring is due to allergies or nasal congestion I guess the sparys or tablets may help. I saw positive reviews on Amazon for the products you linked to, SnoreStop. A search for whether they help snoring produced mixed results. None were recommended for sleep apnea, and other interventions such as decreassing ETOH and sleeping on ones side, as well as losing weight were mentioned. Have you seen any more ads for the Natures Made or whatever brand it was that promised to cure sleep apnea?
