Have you tried adjusting the setting on your APAP humidifier? If not, try that.
Are you eating food within a few hours of going to sleep? It is suggested that one stop all food intake 3-4 hours prior to bedtime to prevent GERD (acid reflux) condition which can cause dryness and irritation in the throat and mouth. You might not even be aware of that happening while you sleep. Dr. Park explains this well on his website and possibly on SG. http://doctorstevenpark.com/biggestthroatproblemforsleepapnea
You may also want to try Biotene products to help with dry mouth issues.
You may need all of these types of solutions together. I had some issues like this, but mostly before using CPAP. I use a chin strap and all of the above suggestions. I still have a dry throat sometimes too, but these ideas do help, the more I use them.
