PLEASE SOMEONE tape or transcribe this session w/Dr Rapoport!!! I can't think of any questions I want to ask at the moment but I SO WISH I could attend this meeting!!!!!! jnk mentioned Dr Rapoport's subject matter and it has me drooling to want to be there to hear it!!!

Judy -- I'll video tape it. If folks have questions for this prominent physician -- broad/ general questions that can be helpful to a lot of people and not specific to your specific facts -- send them in and we'll see if we can get them answered on the tape.

Yup, up to $10 would be more than fair. There's the cost of blank CD/DVD, mailing envelope and mailing to say nothing of your time and maybe Dr Raporport's permission is needed and maybe he would appreciate a "piece of the action". That could drive the cost up some more if he did.
