Successful Sleep Apnea Surgery

Does anyone know of anyone who had successful surgery for sleep apnea in the Metro DC area?  I have been trying the BIPAP for 9 months and can not get used to it.  Does anyone have an ENT Surgeon recommendation?

What is it about the Bpap that you are having trouble with?

I rip off the face mask. I have a Swift face mask. I do take Ambien before I sleep but I can't take even the lowest pressure. I was going to sleep with the mask on and then waking up with the mask off near my bed. I think I do it subconsciously.
