print from Encore viewer to a PDF file using Primo PDF.

I have been trying without success to print from Encore viewer to a PDF file using Primo PDF. I can not find where it allows me to select a download folder only where it allows me to name the file. After I print the file, I cannot find the virtual PDF file no matter how hard I search. When I reprint using the same name, it states the file allready exists. I'm not a Computer Guru but am not exactly a Dummy either. I've found the Neo folder with the SC Decoded files. When I use my desktop search engines, it states the files I printed using the Primo PDF printer don't exist. I sure could use some help.

I've always used a free program I downloaded off the internet called "Cute PDF": http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp

It allows you to select "Print" just as you would if you were printing something out, and then select the Cute PDF writer as the printer to print to -- which then in turn allows you to save the document as a PDF instead of printing.

You'll need a PC -- I don't think it supports Mac yet.
I am unfamiliar with Primo PDF.

Have you tried putting a folder on your desktop to save your pdf files to? I know I have a seperate folder for PDF files I consistently save to so they are easy to find.

Have you checked your document folder?
