Dr. Jones,
Sounds as if your book is a must read. My background is Cardiac-Neuro-Sleep. Currently writing a survivors guide to sleep apnea. I suffered from sudden cardiac death in 2004 from not wearing my CPAP or losing the weight. Now suffering some minor memory loss and testing to see if some form of dementia is setting in due to the damage from hypoxia. I was down and actively coded for over 20 minutes it has taken a very long time to come back to 100%. I was lucky my brain actually healed. I do not want others to suffer my fate so the idea of the survivors guide was born. Covering, sleep hygiene, diet, exercise, and etc... My website thatsleepguy.com is in the process of building. It should be open in the near future.

That is truly an amazing story. Trying to make sense of some of the jargon you used. What does this mean? "I was down and actively coded for over 20 minutes"
