I now have time to focus on SleepHead -- installing it on my computer and learning how to use it.

Can anyone help me? I'm bright but a total non-techie. I can, however, FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!

In looking for help, I guess I'm especially looking at...you, Terry :)  !

No worries Zollistar, have you downloaded the software or do you need the link? I can't remeber the model and brand of CPAP you have? It only works on certain models.

I would need the link.  My APAP is a RemStar Auto A-Flex.

I don't know if the number matters, but if it does the number on the bottom is 550P.

ZolliStar,

It should work Ok on thet model, the link where the download is

You will need a card reader unless your PC has one built in, they are the ones that you use for a digital camera, I think most stores in the US stock them.

Once you have downloaded the software and have the card reader, take the Simcard out of your CPAP.

When the software picks up the card it will load it first, then you need to click Import, you also need to be on the Internet for it to work. Give it a try and let me know how it goes I download my data once a week and you get used to how to do it. Make sure you put your card back in your CPAP.

Below is the link to Youtube videos on Sleepyhead.

Mark, the guy that created Sleeyhead is on another website I am on, I can give you that address if you want to join, good luck and let me know how you go.

I will explain the data when you get it working, I use a Resmed so our data will look different.

Hi Terry,

I figured out how to download the software.

There is a slide in my laptop into which I pressed in the simcard: I don't think it was quite right. I had a helluva time drawing it out. I'll buy a reader. I'm sure that someone at the store will know how to translate my request into computerese, or whatever it is that needs to be spoken. Indeed, I think I'll take my simcard along, just so that this non-technie can point and show.

btw, I'm told that I'm a good cook. Nonsense, I tell people. I pick good recipes AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. As I said: I'm good at following directions.

Thanks for the help!

ZolliStar, good idea taking the Simcard, the card reader should have a USB bit at the bottom, like a mouse or keyboard plug. Good to hear you were able to download the software, thats half the battle.
