a user sent me this, and I wanted to open it up for the full group's comments and suggestions:

My questions are as follows:
I have my ResMed S 8 Autoset II set on Auto. The doc set the numbers at 6 low and 8 high. Even though my number from the sleep study (split study) was 11 and my first machine, Escape, was set at an 11.
It seems to me that I should have my machine set to 6 low and 13 high. Right? Then we could really see if 8 is the average number. Can I change this myself? I have a clinicians manual.
I have been waking up at roughly the same time each night. I go to bed at 9:00- 9:30 and I wake up at 12:30 and then again at 3:30. Could the autoset be waking me?
My machine keeps running on the Warming mode. I can't seem to turn it off without unplugging the machine. Any thoughts?"
