Don't get me wrong--it looks like good stuff. But 12 years is a lifetime ago in sleep science, if they aren't keeping that material up to date.

Dement's Bible of sleep being "The Principals and Practices of Sleep Medicine" is another good one. It just weighs 50lbs.
