Well, I'm back with another post..about a month ago I traded my new CPAP with a heated hose for one with a no heated hose. I had tried alll remedies to reduce the water "leak off" with no avail! This new machine IS better. Now I am only waking up between 2-3 times a night with the mask either sweating my face off or too much moisture. I have tried warming room temperature, lowering machine under bed level, removing hose insulator cover, turning humidity to zero and reducing water level. HELP?? Am i just destined to always having that drip?? Does the pressure also have anything to do with the amount of water that gets pushed through? It seems like I could sleep through it but EVERY night I am sleeping sound until I am ramped up to 8 pressure and I wake up with the water. All my providers keep saying an 8 presuur "'isn't that much" My snoring is gone all the time now just by having my mouth closed even when my pressure is at 2....(My sleep partner tells me so YEAH!) Should I try to get my pressure set down to a 6 or is this unheard of??ANd what about the water?? HELP EVERYONE!!! I love my CPAP but can't stand these 2 problems!!
