Can I use the "Evo ComfortPAP 804 Humidifier" with the "ProBasics Zzz-PAP" machine?

I just bought the "Evo ComfortPAP 804 Series Integrated Heated Humidifier" from cpap.com for $59, thinking that I just scored a real bargain for a CPAP machine. To my disappointment, I realized (when I received the unit) that I only bought the heated humidification attachment to the CPAP. The actual "ComfortPAP 804 AUTO CPAP" unit costs $450.

In any case, I explained the whole thing to cpap.com who promptly emailed me a return authorization.  Since I'm taking a credit to be used for future purchases (instead of refund),  they're not imposing the 15% restocking fee.

I was about to send back the whole thing to cpap.com, and realized that this humidification unit looks a lot like the humidification unit used by the ProBasics Zzz-PAP (priced at $179 ) or the PureSom CPAP.

My question:
1. Can I use other CPAPs (eg. ProBasics Zzz-PAP) with the "Evo ComfortPAP 804 Series Integrated Heated Humidifier"?
2. Has anyone ever done this?

Thanks in advance.

Alex

I wouldn't keep this humidifer because it looks like it might fit another machine. Unless it's listed as compatible I would be glad I didn't buy two and take the store credit and run.
