About 3 months ago, my roommate got a PR system one heated humidifier, and REMstar Auto A-flex. About 2 weeks after he got it, he disappeared. I havent heard a word from him since. My guess, is because he owes me rent money. So, being that he hasnt returned for his equipment, i can only assume he doesnt need it, or has replaced it. Since the stuff is basically brand new, I was hoping to get 700 obo for both systems and all their components. i looked them both up and together, cost about 1200.

Elliott, if you are going to sell your roommates equipment you will have to place an ad in the newspaper or Craig's list, or something. I would hope you would make every effort to contact him and try to get his lifesaving equipment back to him.

He has been gone a long time now. he has a new phone, and i heard hes living with an old friend back where he is from. im positive if he needed this equipment, it would have been retrieved long ago.

You can put an ad in the newspaper or on Craigs list. You may be able to do a person to person sale by advertising it on some of the apnea forums. It's a prescription item so you can't sell it on Ebay.
If there is a suppliers label on the machine you could do him a favor by returning it to the supplier.
He needs his equipment whether he realizes right now or not. You would be doing him a big favor by holding on to it and making an effort to talk to him. Since he owes you money he might hesitate to contact you.
I know how you feel - he abandons the equipment and as I understand he owes you money. I would want to sell it myself.
