What aspect of CPAP titiration do Tech's find most difficult?

Hmmmmmm, Cpap failure is probably the hardest part. In most cases the tech can get a feel for what will most likely work. Following the process to get to that point whether it be bpap, ASV, or a re-breather can be trying on your patience.
