Often people come to the forum and ask what diagnosis and treatment is available to them if they lack health care insurance and have limited budgets that don't permit going out of pocket for Sleep Apnea diagnosis and treatment. Check out this assistance program run by AWAKE
We don't have any affiliation with them, but thought it's worth putting it out there as a resource. If any of you deal with them, please let us know how it goes!
Stanford also runs a free clinic on fridays if you need to get the diagnosis going. These are free dr. visits with the residents and teaching staff. They are all very qualified. I think there maybe a program to help those in need for sleep studies and possibly equipment.

Sandra, I didn't know about this. Is this in the new Redwood City location and are they there just to answer questions, or do they offer something beyond that as well?
