Insomnia specialists?
I was wondering if anyone in the NYC metro area know of any really good insomnia specialists that you have had success with? When my last sleep doctor moved to DC, I lost a really good doctor. His replacement is useless. I need to find someone new. Thanks!

Check out the directory at the top of the page. There are Sleep Psychiatrists and Psychologists who may be able to help you if any are in your area.

Thanks, Mary, for the suggestion. However I don't think the website was correct as it did not show all the doctors listed. It seemed to stop after the first two. There was at least a third one, but I could not access it.

Mary, Sorry to hear that you lost your doc. I was hoping you would get an answer with all of the NY members we have here. I have reached out to some friends in the NYC New England areas. Hopefully they will respond soon.
