I sometimes have extreme RLS other nights not so bad, but it is always there. i was reading about an herbal cure for this and it was suggested that if you take magnesium/zinc tablet about an hour before bed, it would help. As I usually take magnesium each morning, I switched it to an hour before bedtime. That was a week ago, and I have not had RLS since. I will keep doing this, and hopefully it is not all inmy head.
RLS is a wake disorder that keeps you from falling asleep. If your leg movements are arousal related then it would be PLMD. It sounds like we are missing something Shannon.
