I have a mild sleep apnea and tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Anyone have tinnitus and sleep apnea?

I'm no expert (!) but I would say, the tinnitus is not related. Sleep apnea is basically caused by the tongue relaxing on the airway. Here's a list of tinnitus causes, and earwax build-up is not something to be overlooked. My son had dizzy spells once, and this was the cause.Hypertension seems to be related to both, maybe that's a connection.
