Fascinating Thread about the LT Pillows. Thanks for the link. I was completely unaware of the issue. I can say with certainty that ResMed has not communicated any of this to the DMEs.

I'm not aware of any changes made to the nasal pillows for the LT/LT for Her. It has been such a popular mask that I do not have any older supplies for it, so I'm afraid that any nasal pillows I would sell you would be the same as the ones you have been receiving from your current provider.

Is it possible that you have changed your cleaning routine? They say you aren't supposed to use anti-bacterial soap or soap with skin-softening agents. If you started using these products to clean the nasal pillows, it might explain why they seem softer. I'm very curious to hear what ResMed has to say about it, if they ever reply to you.

If you don't get an answer and you can't tolerate the soft pillows, you may want to check out the Respironics OptiLife. I find that the OptiLife pillows are considerably stiffer, so you may not have a problem with them.

Best of luck,
Daniel
