Richard, why don't you detail the problems you are having with the ResMed in a new discussion - forum members may have some  ideas, but they do not see these comments. Sometimes the DME can make adjustments that  make your machine more comfortable to use.  My DME changed my  TiMAx- the machine was cutting off my inhalation and it made a world of difference. Is there any chance of getting the DME to trade the machine out for a Philips?

You might also turn the EPR off and see if that helps, some people find it more comfortable.

Richard, as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to SleepGuide.  I'm sorry the ResMed has not been working out for you.  Why don't you start a new discussion detailing your problems with the ResMed?  Sometimes adjustments can be made to the settings that make the machine more comfortable to use.  What exactly seems to be the problem with the new machine?

If I can be of any help navigating the site, please feel free to contact me.

I buy a new CPAP machine to replace my old one.  I had a RemStar auto and they suggest me the ResMed serie 9.
They told me that the ResMed is the best machine on the market.
The quality of the c-Flex of the ResMed is not equivalent to the RemStar.
The RemStar is so smooth. Unfortunately, i return to my old RemStar because the quality of my sleep is mutch more better.
And it is not because i did n try the ResMed, i use it for more than a month....
