I appreciate your response - I was afraid my wording might not say quite what I intended, and I actually had worried that you would take it badly.
Heh, if I had access to good, fresh salmon on a regular basis, I'd probably be happier. Where I work, they serve fresh salmon for dinner, part of the time, but never for lunch. For lunch, they serve that lovely "shelf stable" stuff....and overcook it, too. That's what happens, when you live on the prairie. Now, Bluegill, I can get fresh, just gotta grab my fishing rod.

as i do not promote or recommend treatments as these are a personal decison made by an individual
