jonnyboy, as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum. Unfortunately we find that since UARS is a relatively recent diagnosis not as much is known about the treatment. You appear fortunate in your choice of physicians as he/she is familiar with the condition. In the case of surgery a second opinion is always wise. Please keep us up to date with your progess through the proposed surgery
and just generally how you are doing.
