What is causing my throat to be really dry using a Bipap Auto SV?

I have my IPAP max at 22 and my min.IPAP is 15 and EPAP is 15.I have the Bipap Auto SV.I use the Respironics nasal Comfortgel mask with headgear.I wake up with dry throat I increased my heat setting…Continue

Can Breathright strips be used for stopped up nose

I have sleep apnea and use a nasal mask,has anyone tried Breathright strips when their nose is stopped up at bedtime? My breathing machine has humidfier but this does not help unclog nose
