Dr. Cohen if you have not yet read the "About" link at the top of the page it will tell you the forums mission. We have a lot of people who have questions about surgery. We generally consider it as a last resort because of the poor results we have read about. Anything you have to say about your practice with OSA patients would be welcome. We look to surgery as being a cure. Feel free to lurk, however.
